The table’s body is richly decorated with geometric elements, hammered textures, and circular relief motifs inspired by Renaissance artistry. These details embody Maestro Mengoni’s singular interpretation of the abborchiato embossing technique. The table is elevated by a gleaming finish of pure 24kt gold, applied using the terzo fuoco ( third firing) technique. Its surface is carefully antiqued by hand with a secret natural blend enriched with sandalwood ash. The artist’s signature is impressed into the clay on the visible surface of the piece.
